Can I use a Freight Forwarder to Purchase a Wristcam?

    We do generally not ship Wristcam orders through freight forwarders.

    If you live outside the US or Canada, please purchase through amazon.com or bhphotovideo.com as they may be able to ship to other countries. 

    Please note: Some freight forwarders may have mixed or poor reviews online and through the Better Business Bureau, therefore we recommend not using them to protect yourself and your payment information. If there is not an option to purchase through our authorized sellers, please take time to research and review online ratings and reviews, before taking that step.

    The protection of our consumer and company is of our utmost concern, so we reserve the right to review these orders and make the best decision for the protection of all involved.  

     

    Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

    How long will it take to get my order?

    Upon placing your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the order number, the order details, and the amount charged (with any applicable taxes). We ship orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number. Free priority shipping is on us, so our courier typically delivers within 3-7 business days. 


    Please note that business days are Monday - Friday and that these shipping times are estimates, not a guarantee. 

    How much does shipping cost?

    Wristcam offers Standard shipping for free for a limited time and if you'd like you can upgrade to Expedited shipping for $14.99 USD. Please note, Wristcam is initially only available for shipping to the U.S. and Canada.

    I did not receive my Wristcam order/my package is missing?

    Please first check with your family or housemate and neighbors to confirm if they received it in error. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact Support@wristcam.com within 15 days of the delivery date noted per the courier so we may assist you.

    Wristcam is not responsible for lost packages beyond 30 days of the shipment date.

     

     

     

    My order has been shipped, but I'd like to make changes on the details. What should I do?

    Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number is already available, we will not be able to process any changes. 

    My order is being delivered, do I need to be home to sign for it?

    FedEx Shipments:
    Yes, when we ship using FedEx Ground, to ensure you receive your Wristcam order we may use FedEx IPD delivery with "Indirect Signature" for the delivery.
     
    FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address, from a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address; or you can also leave a FedEx Door Tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
     
    FedEx couriers will however, leave packages without a signature at certain residential locations where they determine the location is secure. 
     
    Last, you may also coordinate through FedEx 'Hold At Location" so you may pick up your package(s) at a specified FedEx facility at their convenience. You will need to show your ID to retrieve your package.
     
    UPS or DHL Shipments:

    Please note, to ensure you receive your Wristcam order we may use UPS or DHL ground service. 

     

    If we use UPS:

    You will be able to provide delivery instructions, specify a neighbor to receive and sign for your package, or in some cases authorize release without a signature by signing up for UPS My Choice®.

    Should I buy using a third party shipping company? I don't live in US or Canada

    We only recommend using a third party shipper where you can confirm they offer a consistent and quality service. We cannot guarantee you will receive the product and some have very poor ratings and reviews. Please first search online and check Yelp, Amazon, Better Business Bureau, etc.

     

    Please buy direct from the brand in question or contact a family or friend who resides in the shipping area so they may assist you with your order.

     

     

    When are you launching (or shipping) globally?

    We are currently offering Wristcam for purchase and shipment to the US and Canada through our website, wristcam.com.

    Some of our authorized retail partners, Amazon or B&H Photo may offer shipping to other countries. 

     

    Where does Wristcam ship?

    Wristcam will initially only ship to the U.S. 50 states and Canada. We will have additional shipping locations in the near future.
