Yes, if your current placed Wristcam order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our support team immediately (same day) at support@wristcam.com so they can assist you with your order cancellation.

The Indiegogo x Wristcam Perk orders may be refunded only prior to our coordinating the shipping for the first order for full product purchases (1 Wristcam core hardware with Noir band and exclusive color band and extra charging cable and power adaptor) , or for the band only purchases prior to coordinating their shipping (which starts in October).
The Indiegogo limited time promotion offered a great value (a deep discount) that we do not offer on our full provide product purchased on wristcam.com. Therefore we are not allowing returns or refunds once we start the shipping process.
Please note: The 1 year limited warranty applies to purchases made through Indiegogo, wristcam.com, Amazon, Adorama and B& H Photo.
No. We are no longer approving refunds on early backer preorders. We have sent multiple emails to the backer community with an order confirmation email that requested the consumer confirm their order and current shipping address, starting in November 2019 and through 2020.
We have closed the early backer preorder refunds as we began shipping these orders since Nov 2020.
Please contact Support so they may assist you with your pre-order, confirm your shipping and phone as well as the Wristcam size needed (42/44/45/49mm or 38/40/41mm). We will be happy to ship your pre-order to you.
As per our limited 1 year limited warranty, our warranty is to the original end user (purchaser) for the 1 year timeframe, from the date of delivery. The date of the eBay purchase does not determine the 1 year warranty timeframe. If the buyer of an eBay product is not able to provide us the original buyer's order number or order confirmation, then the Wristcam may be considered out of warranty and a replacement service fee will apply.
If the Wristcam later is re-sold or gifted to another person- the warranty timeframe is still tied to the original ship date through our authorized sellers or website.
Please contact Support with any warranty questions. You may be asked to provide a copy of the sales receipt with the sellers information and Serial Number as well to aid in warranty confirmation.
Most key- We recommend confirming the warranty timeframe with the seller prior to purchase as the product may be used, not working or out of warranty.
Please contact eBay to confirm if you have any leeway to return your product for refund with eBay or the Seller, as Wristcam will not be able to assist you with any eBay purchase return questions.
Yes, all of the items we sell separately or are packed in with the Wristcam have a 1 year limited warranty. If you experience an issue with their bands, charging cable or power adaptor, we will ask you to contact us at support@wristcam.com where we will be happy to coordinate a RMA for a replacement. We will need the order number if bought on our site or a screenshot or forwarded valid order confirmation in order to review the warranty.
In some cases we may request to receive the original band, cable or power adaptor back before sending the replacement. You may also be asked to submit a photo or video of the issue to aid our team.
Please note: we may not have your color band in our warranty stock, if so we will replace it with the color we do have and provide you a discount code to use towards any band color available.
We can provide shipping RMA return labels to consumers who reside in the US or prior bought with us when we offered shipping to Canada.
Yes, if your Wristcam is outside of the limited 1 year Warranty, our Support team can still assist you with an out of warranty replacement for your core hardware, charging cable or power adapter after verifying your warranty, product and purchase information and core hardware Serial Number.
Separate bands are available for purchase on our site and Amazon US.
You may need to provide a photo of the item or the core hardware serial number, as well as the proof of purchase so we may authorize the out of warranty replacement order.
Support will provide the consumer a link to make payment for the replacement item and the shipping expense (depending on if you reside in the US or outside the US as different shipping fees may apply). The consumer is responsible for any custom fees (though there should not be a fee as this will be noted as warranty replacement product with the courier).
Please note: Wristcam bought through unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, etc.) will not be approved for out of warranty replacement.
Please email support@wristcam.com so they may see if they can troubleshoot the issue (hardware core, charging cable, power adapter) so there is no need for a replacement item.
If we determine the item is faulty, we will need to verify the proof of purchase using the sale order confirmation information (screenshot of the sales confirmation or verify with the order number through our Wristcam site as example) to verify the warranty. We may also need to get your faulty product back for testing so please hang onto it in case Support needs it or the Serial Number.
If a consumer is not able to provide proof of purchase, and they are approved for an out of warranty RMA, then there will be a service fee for the replacement core plus shipping fee ($80 for US consumers, $110 USD for international consumers). If the silicone band, charging cable or power adapter is faulty, the consumer will be instructed to purchase a new accessory through the site (see Collections) or through Amazon.
Please note: For power adapters-the consumer may also use an Apple provided power adapter or a Apple MFI certified power adapter.
It is the user's responsibility to get a copy of the receipt from the gift provider or have the gift provider contact us directly. We are happy to check the warranty and help resolve the consumer's issue.
Please note: If a provided order number or transaction is not valid and the retailer confirms this- our Support team has the discretion to decide if we move forward or not with an out of warranty RMA.
We will replace, repair or refund the cost of your Wristcam for genuine manufacturing faults for one year after receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your Wristcam for any other reason, please let us know so we can do our very best to satisfy you.
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, where you bought on wristcam.com, you reside in the US (or Canada and bought on our site), and you are within 30 days of having your Wristcam delivered, have contacted Support within that timeframe and returned your Wristcam to the courier, we will issue you a refund (less our $25 USD restocking fee to cover the service of deleting all the user's photos and videos from the hardware for their privacy and cleaning). We do not refund order associated shipping expense or custom fees.
As example, if your Wristcam was delivered on September 1st you will have through October 1st to have contacted Support for a free* RMA return label (*which we will coordinate for US and Canada addresses only) and dropped off your package to the courier.
In order for you to receive a refund you will need to return all of the key items and original packaging as noted below:

Please note: All items must be in new or like new condition to be accepted for the return. If not new/like new condition, we reserve the right to decline the return or charge additional to the restocking fee. If we decline the return, the user will also need to pay for the return shipping label. Before returning, please clean the Wristcam bands and delete the stored content on your core Wristcam hardware.
Please ensure that your unit and all items are packaged in a manner that will prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a sturdy box and appropriate packing materials that will properly fit the items being returned.
Please note, returns and exchanges are subject to a $25 USD return restocking and processing fee for all consumers. You have up to 30 days to return items from the day your Wristcam was delivered. Return shipping charges may apply, and order associated shipping fees are not refundable.
We also recommend you get a courier drop off receipt as that will be your only proof of the transaction. Couriers (like a UPS or FedEx Store) will not retain the drop off transaction for more than 24 hours. We are not responsible for lost packages without a courier return receipt.
Please contact support@wristcam.com to receive an authorized RMA number along with a prepaid return shipping label and we will issue you a refund of price and tax paid minus the restocking fee after the return is verified (and all items are returned and the unit is not abused/damaged and in new/like new condition).
The Return team processes returns within 2-7 business days of the return being delivered to the facility. During the holiday it can take longer for return processing.
If you purchased on Amazon, please contact them to check on their refund policy based on your country. You must follow their process with the provided courier return label. If you do not follow the Amazon return options for our product, we are not responsible for lost/missing returns.
If you purchased on In Motion (airport stores), BestBuy Canada, Amazon Canada, B&H Photos or Adorama, please contact the regarding their return policy.
