How do I cancel my Go subscription and return the Wristcam?

    Please contact support@wristcam.com to receive a free, prepaid return label and shipping instructions. We will cancel your subscription fully after the return is processing or delivered and reviewed.

    Please ensure you return everything in good or like new condition to avoid any extra fees.  

    What happens if my band tears or my charging cable or core hardware isn't working with my Go rental?

    We got you covered! Please contact support@wristcam.com so we may coordinate a replacement band, cable or hardware for you, if needed.

    We may need to get the item back for testing, but if so we will provide you a free prepaid return label. 

    Please note: we may not have your color band in our warranty stock, if so we will replace it with the color we do have and provide you a discount code to use towards any band color available.
